Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SaaS Financial Model web application (the “App”), provided by Unified Technical Consulting (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By activating a licence or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

The App is an interactive interface for your own copy of the SaaS Financial Model Google Spreadsheet. It reads inputs from, and writes committed changes to, the single spreadsheet you connect, and renders dashboards from that data. The App runs under your own Google account and depends on Google Sheets and Google Apps Script to operate.

2. Licence

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your own business or personal use. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a licence is for use by a single individual or business. You may not:

resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share your licence key or access with others;
copy, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source for redistribution; or
represent the App or the underlying model as your own product.

We may revoke a licence that is used in breach of these Terms.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your Google account, your spreadsheet, and the accuracy of the data you enter.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your spreadsheet.
You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws and with Google’s terms of service.

4. No financial advice

The App is a modeling and calculation tool. Its outputs are projections based on the assumptions you provide and are for informational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made using the App, and you should consult a qualified professional before relying on its outputs.

5. Availability

The App relies on Google services and is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that its calculations will meet your requirements.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unified Technical Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for your licence.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and revoke its access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We may terminate or suspend your licence if you breach these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
