The SaaS Financial Model is a Google Sheets financial model with a web app layered on top - live P&L, cash runway, and SaaS metrics dashboards, with editable pricing tiers, growth assumptions, and an expense ledger. The spreadsheet stays the source of truth; the app is the interface.
About
I spent eleven years in government contracting pricing before going independent, and I'm a US Army veteran. Most of my work starts the same way - someone has a spreadsheet that does the job but has outgrown the way people use it.
